What will I do?                                 
An Advisor's Role:  Advisors at Chase partner with our Credit Card customers during calls to build the relationship with the customer, align them to the products they need and ensure business needs are met.  This is a role for you if you enjoy interacting with others over the phone, are comfortable building rapport quickly, are self-motivated, passionate about succeeding and demonstrate business maturity.

Requirements
Salary Range:  Hourly based on experience. Plus incentive.
Schedules: Vary Monday - Sunday between hours of 12PM - 11PM
6 weeks paid training
Training Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Additional 10% Shift Differential for later shifts
Training class Start Date: April 5, 2010

You will be required to offer Chase products to every caller.  This position offers a base salary, plus incentive bonus based on sales.

These positions are located in the Springfield, Missouri Chase Card Member Site at 303 E Republic Road.

Requirements
Candidates that do not demonstrate the minimum skills will not be considered.
At least one year customer service and/or call center experience
Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal skills
Basic computing skills, including mouse usage, keyboard usage, launching programs, window(s) navigation
Sales skills
Strong interpersonal skills: professional, courteous, friendly, warm, empathic, level-headed and composed
Flexible and adaptable to quick changing environment(s)
Stable Work history
Must be very willing to work in an environment that requires heavy phone-based customer interaction

HOURS
Must be able to work full-time work week (40 hours per week), including holidays and at least one weekend day per work-week
Must be able to attend Training for 6 weeks, Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Training starts on Monday, April 5, 2009. 

**ALL SHIFTS INCLUDE ONE WEEKEND DAY PER WEEK.  SCHEDULE HOURS WILL BE BETWEEN 12PM - 11PM.
