Tracker Marine Help Wanted Ad Position is responsible for Managing the Service, Parts and Rigging operations of the boat department. Specific duties include scheduling and assigning all rigging, warranty and service work ; maintaining and striving to increase employee productivity; delivering outstanding customer service by ensuring work orders are completed to the customer's satisfaction on a timely basis; sourcing, hiring, training and scheduling Service personnel; achieving monthly Service and Parts financial objectives by monitoring and analyzing all expenses, sales cost of goods, receivables, parts inventory levels, Internal billings and warranty claims submitted / received; and maintaining a safe, clean and secure work environment. Requirements include 3-5 years previous service management experience, preferably within the marine or auto industry, data entry and outstanding communication skills, a solid record of accomplishments and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
