Description MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR ASSISTANT Large property management company seeking to fill an assistant maintenance supervisor position. The position will report directly to the maintenance supervisor. The successful candidate must possess a solid work history with strong experience in all facets of maintenance, construction and Hvac. Duties will include oversight of 60 to 100 maintenance personnel; scheduling; vendor contracts; budget oversight and safety and governmental regulation compliance.
