Description
We are looking for salespeople to sell our New & Used automobiles. Experience is preferred, but we will train and teach you everything that you need to know in order to be successful.
Automotive Sales Associate sells and leases new and used vehicles and is responsible for dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. Automotive Sales Associate is responsible for overall commitment to customer service which includes providing test drives, explanation of product performance, application, and benefits to prospective buyers. Automotive Sales Associate duties also include the following:
* Follows dealership procedures. * Attends product and sales training courses. * Abides by and has knowledge of federal, state, and local laws which govern retail Automotive Sales. * Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to customers.
Automotive Sales Associate is expected to maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to the overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Must be able to pass a Drug Screen.
* Must have a valid drivers license with no more that 3 tickets/accidents in the past 3 years.
* Superior communication and customer service skills.
* Excellent follow-through skills.
* Follow-up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.).
* Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met.
